Amazing how the young actor has been through a lot of works even in his childhood. My first viewing of him was in Disney's Huck Finn. And the fact that he became a legit adult throughout the making of the Lord of the Rings, it generates a strong impression that both the actor and his character have evolved a great deal from the fantastic experience. Making Wood a lion as opposed to Frodo, and yet you did perfectly with identifying both the similarities and the differences.
