Trainers! Spread havoc with Veneon!Here's another Eeveelution fakemon, a Poison type this time! I'm not sure how Eevee would evolve into this though... any suggestions?

It's odd when you can look at a poison type and think of it as being a little graceful when it moves.

I personally welcome new Eeveelutions. I immediately fell in love with Sylveon when it came out.
As for how it evolves, I Imagine it learning a Poison type move with High Friendship or giving it an item like the Poison Barb will let it evolve.
Though it'll probably be hazardous to my health, I'd definitely cuddle this Eeveelution just as much as the other.

I have the feeling it would have to hold the toxic orb while leveling up or some stuff. I am pretty sure there hasn't been a holding an item while leveling up eeveelution now...

Eevee is poisoned during battle, and levels up with the affliction. This causes Eevee to evolve into Veneon.

I really like what you did here. The tentacles remind me of a jellyfish but it works! The color scheme you chose is very nice as well.

Why not if Eevee takes a level as he knows a poison type move? Or a stone/shell/sting taken from a Mareani or such poison Pokemon given to Eevee and he takes a level?

Evolving after learning a Poison type move is a good idea! The move would have to be Toxic though, I don't believe Eevee can learn any other Poison type moves.
As for the design, you're partly right! I based the design off a jellyfish! And thank you!
