Hope you all had a lovely Christmas time this year!
My computer is finally up and running again and I found time during the holidays to draw some personal art. It's the feisty Professor River Song from Doctor Who. Enjoy!

Love this! I love River and the actress who plays her:Alex Kingston. I first came across her wonderful acting when she was on ER here in The States as Mark Green's wife Elizabeth.

Thank you! It was my first go at River - I got the inspiration from "Silence in the Library"... I haven't even seen her in the 11th Doctor's series.

The other day I was talking to someone about Tennant... and I have this association thing... I told the person that Tennant had Methos' nose and eyes, and Darkwing's voice really... he also kind of has Darkwing's dress style also.

Methos was the world's oldest immortal on the TV show Highlander: The Series. Methos' actor is Peter Wingfield who is a Welshman. He has the same eyes and nose shape as David if I remember correctly, it's been over 10 years since I've seen Peter in person.
Peter had a small role in X2 playing Styker's SIC and a role in the horrible Catwoman movie. Also he was a bad guy in the Baby Geniuses 2 movie and starred in a SyFy movie with Supernatural's Misha Collins.
