Description
For all the Arlong simping I've done, i realized I never drew OPLA Arlong. So here he is! It was a fun challenge to draw a different version of Arlong because in the LA everything about him is smaller - his nose, chin, smile, height, the width of his shoulders. The one thing I kept from the anime/manga was his dorsal fin because i didn't like how the LA version looked.
