After experimenting with mutation formulas on himself, he managed to get his arm back for a while, before side effects turned him into a giant lizard devoid of ideas. His personality and everything he believed in was changed, his goal is to find a way to transform all the inhabitants of the planet to form an army of invincible lizards to become a perfect being.
