A. I wanted to draw Ms.Chalice in a pair of Purple/pink colored glasses as soon as the idea hit me.

B. I'm aware that her skirt's not the right color as in the game. It's yellow cause since Cuphead's red and Mugman's blue and when the game was in development, their shoes matched their shorts colors, which is kind of sad that the creators didn't stick with that concept. Especially since it made them more unique in design. So, why not have Ms. Chalice match?
