Old comment lol, those guys are probably airsofters on a photo-op. They have terrible trigger discipline for "operators" and none of them seem to be making an effort to keep their muzzles in the direction of potential hostiles past the door.
So odds are the most embarassment they'll ever get is a shower of 6mm plastic.

Multicam is availible worldwide to civillians too right? (Like for airsoft stuff.)

According to Wiki yeah.
Multicam can be sold to both military/law enforcement and civilians. So seeing some combat unit using it wouldn't be weird.

I heard that the US Army will switch back to Multicam in 2010 cause a lot of people complain about the UCP. And I saw some pictures of special forces wearing Multicam.

Yeah special forces do use the Multicam.
And I just heard very recently that the US Army will undergo a new program of uniforms because of the complains with their current uniforms. But this is just in Afghanistan only... Apparently some units said that they prefered using the older BDUs and DCUs.
Marines are still happy with their MARPATs as far as I know.

The Type 89?
The real thing is only for sale for the JSDF branches. Japan is forbidden by law to export weaponry. Part of their self-defence policy. So IRL you wouldn't see anyone apart from a Japanese soldier holding a Type 89.
However you can get airsoft replicas that look like the real thing pretty much anywhere where's there's an airsoft guns community.
And If I remember well, most of the pictures of Spooky777 are ment to be representations of airsoft gameplay.
