wow, long time watchers may recognize this guy. Or not, his design's changed quite a bit.making new concepts for him is quite fun, though!

You have an amazing style, so minimal and expressive! I do love this chap in particular, since despite his size he looks like he wouldn't hurt a fly. His surprised face in the second panel is very sweet.

Yesss giants are great. I originally wanted to try making a sophisticated giant after being tired of giants beind depicted as brutish simpletons, haha

A Gallant Giant Gentleman.
I have just stumbled upon your wonderful gallery by pure luck. Never have I dare say, that I hav never seen so many creative characters by one artist alone. Magnus the giant is fittingly a huge favorite. 
He looks like a dandy pilgrim with a generous personality. This fine man has so much story potential!
I can't really say anything to bring this masterpiece justice. But you have certainly made my day so much better, with your fabulous artwork! Thank you very much.

His design is lovely in multiple ways.
For one he doesnt look like that common..type of
overly huge,naked,bald giant who'se evil and angry
but more of ...one of those silent and cool travellers
with his cape and belt..thingy with pockets and all.
And his hair and hat make me think of Nuuskamuikkunen
so i supose that adds that image aswell <8'DD
But i love how tender and kind he looks.

Yeah! I have a lot of problems with giants and ogres and other more "monstery" humanoid species (or races as they might sometimes refer to them by) when they're depicted as being simple-minded or one-dimensionally evil. It's one thing to have a villain you want your reader/viewer to see defeated but there's a lot of lazy writing and working with tired stereotypes and cliches to convey a character, and it's like, c'mon, really now? You could do better.
ANYWAY. Magnus, he's a fairly gentle fellow! x3 man when I draw his hair, I can't help thinking of Snufkin/Nuuskamuikkunen, too. They do share similarities, what with being travellers and such.

Exactly!!! Well i suppose its only a fable perspective to keep
them in their role and not make their mind any wider for the readers.
So yeah its surely a delight to see something out of the stereotype<3
