Description Mr Tom Petty, one of my all time favorite musicians. I originally did this in ink, but I wasn't very satisfied with it, so I drew it in pencil. I was very, very please with the result. The guitar strings were the hardest part, especially since I'm a lefty. The background of the original image was black, but I haven't yet decided whether or not to ink out the background. Any suggestions on that are welcome, of course.

All in all, one of my favorite pieces.

This is just amazing I love Tom Petty I see him live all the time the closest I\'ve been to the stage was the secound row it was so cool!!I\'m seeing him on June 18th I am soo excited. I agree with you Tom Petty is definetlly one of the best musicians out there. Amazing job don\'t stop drawing good pictures!

This is so beautiful. It's light as air, and immediately recognizable with so few lines, which is a feat for Petty. Wonderful work.

He is my sometimes muse, a godlike apparition to keep my chin up. Seems like everyone could use their own Tom Petty now and then.
