In case some of you think : Why does he need a lantern when he has a self-lighting book ?

My reply would be : It's the same thing when you are using your laptop or i-pad in a dark room ..You'll need some light when you shut down your laptop or close your lighting book to see your way not to trip over your cat ,books ,or owl stand !

This kind of books need sun glasses to read ,LOL

This is my second assignemnt for the Beyond Boundaries contest by #CRPhotomanipulation

Our coach ,=nikkidoodlesx3 , had given us the following tasks ..

Put a clear Light Source I added 2 :the Lantern & the Magical Book .

Focus on Colors I picked Earthy colors : green ,brown ,and yellow , to give mystical yet calm atmosphere .

Paint at least 2 objects I painted The Owl's stand and the owl's tail and feet .

Use smudge tool I used it for the Cat's Fur (and the mouse fur too ,but it's not visible in the shade )

I'm glad with the result ,I never thought that I'll ever have the guts to draw something in a photomanipulation piece .
