Interplay did another Doctor who reference somewhere i know it and Bethesda threw a few in for New Vegas
In combat, the Securitrons may yell "EXTERMINATE", the signature line of the Daleks.
During the Second Battle for hoover damn The NCR Radio will call the player The Doctor. "Bravo Bravo Charlie, the Doctor is coming" or The Doctor is in. Which weirdly accurate if your playing the hero you wonder into town beat the bad guys a go off.
Written on a pillar in a wine cellar in Dead Money is "I am not your mummy!" which is where my title came from
