My friend and I made our coats.
The material we used was $5/yard and we used about 5 yards.
Hard to estimate how much we spent on them because of all the accessories.

I don't know how sturdy that keyblade is but I really wanna whack the hell outta something with it. lol

lol well it's not THAT sturdy.
(Though it's held up pretty well so far...surprisingly.)
But if I tried to it someone with it, it would -probably- break in half.

Who made it, and what out of?

I made it using a friend's techniques.
Started with foamcore board as the base. Covered that part in Crayola Model Magic and sort of evened it out and kind of sanded it down when it dried with sand paper.
Then painted it.
I had to reinforce it in the middle with plaster sheets because it was kind of weak. That really helps it to stay together, I think.

It wasn't too bad, actually. XD I guess it's a little constricting because of the material. Yeah...I guess I wouldn't really run in this costume.
Though thanks to Sora's shoes, I wouldn't turn in that costume either. lol

I just remember: Do a head shape, then put big puppy ear things and add some more spikes, and then keep adding them until it looks like Sora!
