actually, if she resembles her original (early)Mirage version and her 4Kids counterpart, her and Mikey would make sense. By resembles, I mean personality-wise.

What was she like in the comics?

pretty ditzy, clumsy, not responsible at all. Though later it was an act,Β shown in Tales of the TMNT 69. She first met the turtles after stealing her boss' time scepter so she could go anywhere and do anything.Β She hated being an apprentice Timestress. She was a fun character, that's for sure.

Did you ever see any of her episodes from the 2003 4kids series? She was only in 3, but they portrayed her there as she was in the comics.
If you didn't and would like to, they are: Time Travails, and The Return of Savanti Romero parts 1-2. Also, brief cameo in final episode, but she's only seen for about 10 seconds. Maybe.

Well, I guessed she'd be more of a squeaky fangirl of the TMNT, considering she can jump back in time and see their greatest moments and battles, and I sorta' guessed she'd Β be more of a fangirl for Donnie's dorkiness, so they could relate, only to end up arguing with him about the possibilities and impossibilities of time travel
...
And she'd have less clocks on her outfit o_o I'd just give her headphones with a clock on both sides
