i really like Cassie's critique. she's right that it could use harder edges! just take that brush size down and flick some light around his light sources. looks good so far.

hmm, i know it's a wip. soo you can totally ignore my attempt at a critique 
Maybe some harder edges on his left side. and on his hand. It looks real soft. Like he's a ghost and he's taking shape around the whacking stick. Not too sure what your going for. Just thought I'd add something useful to my comments.
