Description
This was a small painting for my aunt's birthday card a few months ago. It's nothing much but i liked the way it turned out and i was trying a new approach with watercolour

Nope, but I use Luna pencils which does the watercolour thingie as well. It doesn't do as much as actual watercolours though.

Hmm... depends on what style you want the painting to have. With lots of detail I suggest letting the colours dry between each application. For a more messy but unpredictable painting (like this one) wet the paper and let the colours mesh into each other. Try looking for some watercolour tutorials posted on devart. They are really really good. May I suggest looking at this one? [link] It's not on flowers but it sure helps!
