The overall picture is great. The composition is good and your coloring is astounding. I love the way you shade and your color choice. My favorite part of the shading if the hair and eyes, they really came out beautifully. I love how you did the tile floor too, the cloudy shapes and stars really do a lot to make it look good and just plain cool.
While for the most part I like this a lot, you do have some errors mostly with anatomy. I'll start out with the face. For the most part, I like it, but just some tweaking with the facial anatomy would be beneficial. What I mean is I like the placement of the eyes, but I think redrawing the jaw line to make it more centered would pull the face together more. Also adjusting the angle at which the girl's mouth of the left is placed to make it again more balanced would be good. It's not major, just one of those little things that can detract from the picture.
Your proportions are good, but it just looks like you have some trouble with how the connect to the body. The left leg on the girl on the left and the right leg of the girl on the right looks like it's going into the air rather than sitting on the floor. It looks that way because the perspective of the floor and the perspective of the girl don't line up as much as it should, do you see what I mean? Try redoing that leg next time to make it look like it's laying down more, or you could've maybe had that leg curled under her.
The thumb on the hand on the floor is a little awkward, but other than that your hands aren't bad. Another thing I'd like to point out is her neck. Looking at your other art you seem to have a consistent problem with this. The face looks like its going too forward with how the neck is. I'm not sure how to explain this so I drew for you what I mean and how I would have done it. [link]
I know mine isn't perfect either, but you should work on making your necks look more natural and less stiff. I hope all that made sense, sometimes I have trouble explaining things. The last thing I want to say and I didn't notice this until I did the trace over, but your skull shape is awkward and a little too oval.
Despite the anatomical errors, I think this is a really good piece with amazing coloring and was a great effort. 8D

This is better than anything I could ever do so I wonder if I should really be critiquing it.
Anyways, I like the fact that you used symmetry and a relatively new vocaloid. (Not many people that I have talked to know of IA.)
My next thought after that was did they have problems working on the face of the IA on the left (the original)? The face of that one just didn't look as natural as the one on the right. Unless you meant it to be that way then it's fine.
