Description
Assignment for a final, now I wonβt have to work late on fucking paintings for the next three months. π
Based off this collage I made using magazine cutouts:Β sta.sh/01ctw8du0o89
I did purposely change the fur color for the dog (a Border Collie) partially because I still had plenty of pink paint leftover after blocking in some of the squares the patterns. Once seeing the final result, I was glad I did so since it helps with the cool-warm contrast. Plus, I also left the washes on the left side of the canvas visible to contrast with the neatly painted landscapes (a field and a beach with white rocks forming a swirl) on the right, having been suggested by my professor.
Made with Windsor Newton Oil Paint on a 30x40 canvas.
