The next fe pieces are sequentials I did as submissions to Zenescope Entertainment (Grimm Fairy Tales) a few weeks ago. I had been 5 years since I've drawn ANY sequential pages, and though not perfect, I'm almost completely satisfied on how they come out. Creative crits and comments are more than welcome on these.

I colored this issue for Zenescope over Eduardo Ferigato's lines. I really like these pages and it's cool to see another penciller's take on it. Is it usual to do 4-5 pages to try out for a book? It seems like a lot. I only had to color one page with 2 panels.

Oh, cool. i didn't know that. Yeah, i was weird to see the published pages so close to what I had done. We had a similar train of thought. For pencilers yeah, 4-5 pages is almost expected. They asked for 3, but I wanted to push the envelope a bit.

It's great, of course.... It's no surprise that you draw for Zenescope now... I especially loved the first panel, the job you did with the background...
