Hyde's so proud of his daughter.I don't know how she ended up a little more evil than him. Maybe he mated with a demon. It's only fitting.

Mr. Hyde is of course from the Robert Louis Stevenson classic. This portrayal and design of Hyde is mine.

I also changed the name Sevectra (Jekyll side of the character) to Victoria so it would sound more believableΒ
so it's now Victoria and Valestra.Β

Actually now that I think about it, a more demon-like and Maleficent-y looking Vakestra would look BADASS. Also it could be a way to get some kind of dress on BOTH of them.Β

I thought it was time to re-design and rework these characters, also I deleted then for awhile but brought them back. I need to draw up a new reference and I'm going to put Victoria in a dress and Valestra in just a collared shirt and black pants. They both are going to have black shoes of some sort.
I may or may not draw Victoria's mother, but Victoria is going to look more like her mother. She won't have light brown hair (my version of Jekyll has light brown hair) and she won't have glasses.Β
On the subject of big appearance changes, Valestra is going to look way different as well. This Valestra is the old one that I used The Pagemaster's Hyde for, that's actually what who's daughter she was originally intended to be but I soon wanted her to be the daughter of my versions of Jekyll and Hyde. ANYWAYS!
Valestra is going to be more like her mother as well (I'm probably going to draw the Jekyll and Hyde side of Victoria and Valestra's mother on one page if I draw them) .
She's going to be a Ghoul like my version of Hyde. (Ghoul- Breed in my original species Shadow Walkers). She's going to have white skin and pointy ears, sharp claws and fangs. I'm thinking about either giving her an array of psychic powers or something else.
You have any suggestions on that? What kind of extra abilities should I give her or should I make her mother a traditional ghoul like Hyde??Β
At at first I was thinking of giving her something totally wild like wings but that'd be way OP (overpowered). I'm kinda on the edge about horns...I probably won't add horns to Valestra but if I do...that'd look...cool. (She could cosplay as Maleficent easy X,D )Β
You think I should add horns? Maybe, like you said, her mother was a demon-type creature. She could have both fire and psychic powers!Β

(Ghouls in my original species can be influenced by elements which gives them certain powers. Ghouls strike a resemblance to Eevee from Pokemon in that way because Eevee has numerous evolutions due to elemental influences AKA the different classifications of Pokemon like Darkness and Metal. Eevee doesn't have an "Eeveelution" for every class unfortunately...but they just added a new one!)Β

Light brown hair is very fitting for Jekyll. I usually picture him that way too.
I like the idea of horns, because that definitely makes you think of demons. Claws, of course, MAYBE a tail if you're going for it. No wings, though. Like you said, that's a little over the top. Definitely weird demon eyes and fangs and a freaky tongue. Maybe weirdly colored skin like orange with stripes or some interesting markings. Maybe think of venomous spiders as an animal influence?

It's official, I'm making her like Maleficent from the new movie! Minus the wings of course. She's going to have horns and powers like her. I'm probably going to keep her skin white but add markings. I was thinking I could show her bare back and she could have a black widow hourglass in black instead of red or something. I like the animal influenced idea though.

Would you draw a small sketch dump of some hairstyles I may use? 8)
Doesn't have to be in perfect detail, I just want a good hairstyle for Valestra. Particularly short or spiky in some kind of manner will do.
Also, I'm not sure Valestra will have horns. I'll see what they look like on her and then decide.
