Human Name: William Carriedo Jones (Last name changed to Jones after annexation/adoption with America.)
Gender: Male.
Age: Over 250.
Human age: 16.
Appearance: Shaggy dark brown hair, light blue eyes, and olive skin.
Height: 5’7.
Weight: 157 lbs.
Nickname: Lone Star.
Flower: Bluebonnet.
Pets: Armadillo named Partner and a horse named Billy.
Personality: He's outgoing and oblivious when it comes to everything. Even if you insult him, it sounds like a compliment in his head. But when you get him angry, he goes overboard and will use you for target practice. He loves to farm and plant, claiming it calms him down.

Outfit: A light brown felt cowboy hat normally worn with a string attached to it and tied around his neck. A leather belt with a belt buckle larger than his fist with a longhorn symbol on it, a faded red bandanna tied around his neck, and a rusty brown colored shirt with the sleeves rolled up to his elbows, dark, thick blue jeans that are only tucked into his boots in the fields, and brown cowboy boots.

History:
Spain first discovered Texas, though Texas didn’t go and live with Spain until a while later after he met France. Before going off to stay with Spain officially, he was alone for a short while, occasionally visited by Spain, France, and Mexico. When Texas was claimed by Spain (and Texas finally getting over his fear of the men), he lived with Mexico, Spain visiting as often as he could. When Mexico won his freedom from Spain, Texas became Mexico’s little brother (along with California and others). Texas loved Mexico, especially because Mexico allowed America to visit. After a while, Mexico became jealous, taking away a lot of privileges, and forbade him from seeing America. Of course, Texas being as stubborn as he is, he rebelled.
After the Revolutionary War, Texas gained independence. He was a Republic for a while before the debts got out of hand. Later, he joined America, giving him a pair of glasses.

Relationships
Spain: His dad as he likes to say. Texas still likes Spain and got his cheerful way of looking at things from him.
France: When Texas was smaller, he thought France was his mom. Now that he’s grown up and realized France was a man, it has actually kind of messed up his perspective on homosexual relationships.
Mexico: Before the revolution, Texas really loved Mexico. The first time they met, Mexico was just a small part of Spain. When he finally moved in, the new nation grew. A lot. Texas now hates Mexico, though he won’t admit he secretly misses him. He’ll rarely show any sort of positive affection.
America: Texas adores America, and hates anyone that isn’t one of his states or a friend of him. This mostly explains why he doesn’t like most of the other countries.
England: He’s probably the only one that can make Texas just a TINY bit gay. Mostly because of his accent. Though to hide this, he acts like he hates his guts. And truthfully, he kind of does.
Germany: Texas thinks he needs to learn to loosen up, but is still a bit fun to have visit. (This takes place when German immigration had a lot of affects on Texas)
Canada: He hates Canada for no real explainable reason. But he still tries to be nice.

Likes: Meat, Animals, Guns, God, Farming, Poker, Gambling, Hats, Tobacco, Cigarettes, Beer, Hunting, Rodeos, Newspapers, Women, Friends, Country music, Pie, Church, Riding horses and bulls, Attention, Sexy accents, Tony, Beauty pageants, Ice cream, What-a-Burger, Playing his guitar, Swimming, Iced tea.

Extra Facts:
Texas is very arrogant, but doesn't really notice it. When people point out a flaw, he brushes it off and starts bragging about something. If it's from someone he really cares for, he gets that sad puppy dog face, making it impossible not to apologize.

His favorite is America, but he also enjoys spending time with Papa Spain. Mostly with bull riding.

Even though it seems like he's stuck in the Western Era, he isn't. That much. He likes watching T.V. and playing video games, but when he gets confused about what to do, he'll stop completely and refuse to have anything to do with it.

Back in his younger days, Billy the Kid was Texas's role model.

He inherited most of his actions from America. Enthusiasm, not really being able to sense the mood, fear of ghost and scary things, and ego.

Texas is very stubborn. It would take a lot of convincing to even get him to think about changing his opinion. And it usually never works.

He really loves ice cream. Especially homemade.

Texas is loud and proud, he doesn't care if he's annoying, and doesn't realize when he gets on others' nerves.

He's always acting friendly. Even to the northern Yankees. But if you get him angry and aren't a friend...you can say goodbye to life as you know it.

He loves to drink, but really can't handle much. He tries not to get too drunk, but when he does it is fun to watch. You should just probably watch from afar. For your safety.

Because he was raised by France and Spain, he's a bit of a pervert.

He has got a huge crush on Alaska, but at the same time he doesn't like her for taking title of "Largest State".

He knows Spanish, rarely uses French but understands certain phrases, and mostly speaks English with very few Spanish words thrown in.

He laughs just like America, but in a deeper voice.

Texas uses similes and metaphors to describe things. (Example: That's 'bout as normal as a rattlesnake wearin' a dress and two-stepping with a mouse!" [That may be a bit exasperated.])
