hey look, I'm not dead!
well, mostly not dead, I've been away at band camp for the last week, and thisΒ was my only day off. interestingly, it was also the day of my... hmm, maybe i'll save it 'till next post.
Hoshi No Kaabii episode 27 has never been my favorite episode, but I always found that it had a ton of potential for comics. thus, a stupid idea turned into a full page.
anyways this is just something I threw together last minute, more details later. also, the scanner did not agree with this page, and the page decided to make everything worse by having a slight curve at the top.

episode 27 was the one where dedede had another restaurant made to go against Kawasaki's, and they both ended up getting into a competition about which could make the spiciest food.

I personally find the original more... honest. the voice actors put emotion into their performances, the characters personalities are more believable, and the dialogue is worlds more intelligent.
