Villainous little guys from Video Games who appear out of thin air and almost act glitchy, they were a part of a group of red and aggressive people (Red Veril and Maelstrom), both have attacked the main hero (Tenno and V), they went insane thanks to an event that happened to them (Rell’s mother tried to kill him, and Zaria had a botched Ritual that made her go cyberpsycho), both have killed people they knew (Rell killed his mother and Zaria killed other Maelstrom people), also they're from there own mission (Chains of Harrow and Cyberpsycho sightings)
