Ever the 'life of the party' and 'trend setter', Ava decided to dye her blonde locs pink in order to turn heads. She had checked Starfleet regulations and found nothing prohibiting her from doing it. However, she tactfully asked the captain for permission to do so and surprisingly he said yes.

So with the help of her roommate Kelly Okoye, Ava dyed her hair pink. Completing the dye job after work and one hour before the party started. Ava arrived at her birthday party on the observation deck with a big smile and pink hair, surprising everyone there.
