I didn't participate, just googled it )
The topic was drawing two chained gladiators in the arena. The rest was optional. Like weapons, armor, era, magical abilities, etc.
It's in russian, but you ca still see the works.

I tried to find out about it but I only got some random webpages as a result, so thank you once again!

As for the idea, wow, it sounds really nice, and I have to admit that it really resembles this scene from the beggining of "Gladiator" film. Also some of the artworks are really nicely done!
