I still don't think it's a patch on Laura Palmer's DoppelgangerΒ

Haha, nice demotivator!! This guy creeps the shit out of me too,
but actually not as badly as this one ghost-girl from deecee.com levitating in a hallway.
THAT gave me nightmares and paranoia for three days straight

Not many people know it, really? I always thought it was a cult movie. Like Pulp Fiction, or Clockwork Orange, or something.

No, he's right, now many people know of this film despite it's rather star-studded cast. But I really like this demotivator; the Mystery Man was very creepy, Lynch really does know how to set atmosphere and pull off a creepy scene.

Well, thank you.
This guy was so out of place there that you practically didn't have any choice but to be disturbed by his presence. I've read somewhere that he represents the death itself, but it sounds so clichΓ©d.

I could see how some people might see that. I've also heard some people seeing him as a Satan figure, but that is the charm of David Lynch's films; there are a ton of different ways of looking at them

Well, his first film was "Eraserhead", which many people enjoy it for its surrealism, but I don't care for it that much in truth. Then there is "The Elephant Man" which I saw a long time ago and don't remember much of it, but I remember enjoying it. His adaptation of "Dune" isn't the greatest and even Lynch hates it. "Blue Velvet" is, to me, one of the best movies made and a favourite of mine. Haven't seen "Wild at Heart", but "The Straight Story" is a very sad and emotional film that I really enjoyed as a kid. I don't know if you've seen "Lost Highway", but it is pretty good and shares some similarities with his film right after it, "Mulholland Dr.", which both are a bit more loose with story. Finally, there is "Inland Empire", which many Lynch fans enjoy, but I really didn't. And then there is "Twin Peaks", the television series he made which is really, really good and I suggest to all people to see. If you want more info, feel free to ask
