the left drawing was going to be a lot better but ideas poppped into my head and I threw all effort out the window halfway throughAU where Bill is an object head, but otherwise has no material and can only affect the physical realm when he's wearing clothes
so he can't hold things unless he wears gloves and can't stand unless he's wearing pants/shoes/socks
you could pass right through him if he wasn't wearing a shirt or pants but he'd probably get super offended
someone probably already did this but WHAT A GREAT WAY TO CONTROL THAT JERK
