Story (475 words):
The next day I woke up very early, around 4:30 am. In the very morning, when the sky was all black yet, I took walk to the stable to see how Fathom was feeling after the first day of Trials. Just before I left the hotel I checked the list for today's Adaptability Class. Me and Fathom start at 8, so it means that we are the first pair to perform. I was a bit worried about him, we have never taken a trip where the weather was that changeable, so my only concern was whether Fathom gets a cold or not. Thankfully when I got to the stable I got a bit consoled. The stable was mulled and warm, and he was left for the night in a warm stable blanket, just to keep him warm. I made quiet steps in his box's direction. He was calmly sleeping, though I woke him up, when I showed up next to the box he immediately moved his ears forward and he opened his eyes. Fathom had a curious look with his eyes shining, so by then, I was sure it did not spoil any kind of sickness. His feed bucket was also empty, which meant that he did not care about the situation at all and was relaxed. He stood up and just like during our everyday routine, he asked for a treat. I pet him some time and with no more worries, I went back to my room to get ready for the Adaptability Class. I have changed my clothes, had a quick breakfast and run back to the stable to prepare Bigboi. The Adaptability Class was another class I knew should go well. It is all bout trust, and horse's character, and Fathom is such a bombproof mule. The weather was quite freezy and cold. We performed first using lots of objects, and I must say that Fathom was having the biggest fun when we used the Trap. We both finished quite relaxed. After today's class, me and Fathom took a long walk during the afternoon. We managed to get back to the stable in just a few minutes after the rain started to pour, we were very wet and chilled. Anyways, I couldn't wait for the camp dinner that took place in the covered arena, I was also starving! The other contenders told me that there will be a fire pit, and due to my overprotective behaviour, just before the rest, I took Fathom to the camp dinner to dry next to the fire pit. I ate the dinner, and just after that, I made sure that Fathom was fine. It did not take him much time to dry, to be honest. I took him back to the stable and I let him take a rest before the next day of competing!
