This little hatching is made out of soft, cuddly mottled red and creamy colored fleece, decorated with fabric paint hearts.
It's eyes are beautiful little blue glass beads

He's about 12" long and 4" high at the shoulder, with a 14" wingspan.

It has a full wire armature so that he can be posed, but the plyfil stuffing he is filled with still makes him cuddly and squishy.

I used both machine and hand sewing to create this little fella.
