Tegaki from September. I wanted a colourful main character for a vampire themed BL that I want to dedicate to my mom and her love of vampires. That and there's a huge lack of decent vampire BL out there.I love this design so much even if I shat it out on the spot. His hair is crazy and I know I'm going to want to kill myself drawing it from any other angle.

I love his design <3 I'm all up for colorful things, yeah, but it's mostly your style and... the way you do things, y'know? The sleeves, for one, look awesome. I'd love to see the design of the vampire of the story!

I haven't drawn as much of him or finished his design yet, but I have a sketch here. [link] his hair is either going to be a blonde-ish orange, or closer to red colour. He's actually looking uncharacteristically mean there XDD probably glaring at someone he doesn't like.

Not very colourful, but not ALL BLACK either. I haven't really decided, but he'll either have yellow-ish orange blonde hair, or something closer to red, and it's straight and comes to his shoulders. And he wears... probably a dark brown/brown coat and a scarf. And has a few ear piercings.
Nah, he dyes his hair himself and put that unique little twist on it. XDD Must be a pain in the ass to dye and style. He does it to make a point--his mom is very conservative and he'll have nothing of it. He escapes out his window all the time because she tries to keep him inside. XD

Yes! Sometime. I have like, one other concept art, which was me trying to see if I could replicate his hair from another angle, which is some kind of crazy. I'm attatched to it though, so I must prevail! I'll need to make like 30 references.

The vampire's kind of uncharacteristically angry looking, but he's probably looking at someone he finds unpleasant, haha. I still don't know if I want his hair to be Blonde or off-blondish red or what.
And I'd love it if you drew him! I should make more art first though XD

Thanks a lot! It's hard to do good poses in tegaki when you're colouring, with one layer and everything. I really need to draw more of these two (or some at all, in the case of the vampire, who I've finished zero drawings of).
