This character comes from a story/universe that and I created some time ago. In this "steampunk universe" as we call it, people has begun to get their bodies modified very often (although there are people pro-mods, anti-mods and moderate mods).

This girl is called Olivia. She is an orphan who lives around the streets and works cleaning the trains' pipes (which is why she is very constantly dirty with ashes). During a train accident she lost her eye and right hand. She could have died if it was not for a merchant who decided to help her. This is why she has a mechanical hand (a bit too big for her) and her face implant. She has witnessed kidness though, and she tries to give it back. She is fond of the pigeons of the city, and usually shares her own food with them (and scares the cats away).

If you look closely... you might see the pigeons have modifications themselves. Because yolo... and a rich, eccentric man who loves pigeons.
