Oh she's so cute!! My general pricing would go somewhere like 35-55+ depending on the complexity of the animation you'd be looking for I'd say~
Sitting/laying fewer things would need to be animated as compared to if they were standing~ So it'd boil down to more so that and how'd you like the pose to be~ 
I'd say around 37ish due to her long hair for sitting and maybe 45ish for a standing sorta pose~? As for bg if it was still like in this image I'd be okay with adding that on free of charge~ Moving bits in the bg like CC|| Gift- Potatochips  or CC|| Kato  maybe a couple of dollars as an add-on, but bgs like this are pretty easy so it'd just depend is all!

Oh, pfft- please do wait if it is out of your budget~
