A bit of a teaser here... these are the "setup" (comic-book style) panels for a Scooby Doo ASFR short (visual) story... with luck, the "payoff" panel d will be ready by tomorrow (Friday). Jinkies!!Related content

Jinkies! There's a follow-up pic (about 80% complete) wherein Velma and Daphne join the Ghost Clown's quite-substantial collection of "petrified" (as in 'scared stiff, literally) victims. It's been languishing for almost a year now. Gotta collect 'em all!!

Second "payoff" panel delayed; however, will be quite extensive with EIGHT 'red shirt' coeds (not counting our heroines) included in the haunted museum docent's cellar collection. Sorry for the delay.

Added the 'connecting' caption which explains the gizmo (and subsequent effects of those raybeams) a bit more which has both Velma and Daphne 'scared stiff' and frozen in their tracks: "Ruh Roh..."
p.s.: about 65% completed with the 'payoff' pic wherein our heroines become permanent(?) exhibits in the Haunted Museum Docent's "Gallery of Eternal Beauty". Depending upon the interaction between organic material and C.A.P.T.U.R.E radiation (as well as the subliminal suggestions implanted by the Docent's words during the initial exposure process), various and variable outcomes are possible. Since both D and V are subjected to the same frequency, rads and exposure duration- as well as the same 'leading' phrases from the guy in the scary (lead-lined) suit, they shall both "come out" quite similarly. -sgr
