Description
This has been sitting in my notebook for about 5 days now I finally got around to scanning it in. Full view please, doesn't look half as horrible that way!Not really happy with this one at all, she took me a couple days to finish(procrastinator on the hair). I was first hoping to draw Alaine, since I have neglected drawing her for so long.
But I decided this really didn't look like her, so I shortened the hair and made it look more like the ref. photo I was using. Her shading is....not far too bad but I really didn't try to make it look good either. Her ear is horrible, I don't know what I was thinking there. her nose is ugly and her lips are....okay, yet strange. And her hair is tolerable.
She's supposed to be some fairy queen I suppose. Only you can't see her wings for some reason. lol
Oh, and I have another drawing coming, which has been a WIP for four or five days now that I have just now decided to try and finish. 
P.S. Sorry I write so much in my comments, does anyone even read all that rambling? LOL

Aw! You shouldn't put yourself down like this. I hope you know the positive sides as well, even if you don't write them. It's both the positive and negative that makes you better at what you do.
I think she looks lovely! It's a nice pose, and the eyes are beautiful. You have a good skeching line.
Drawings doesn't always have to be perfect, not in anatomy or technique. I love my old drawings, they're totally off in all ways, but they have a certain charm to them, and a hole lot more creativity than I could ever produce now.

I usually do notice the good too, but I like to point out the bad so that nobody else will, I like people to know that I know whats wrong and what isn't in my drawings. ^.^ But thanks so much anyway.

Yeah, I can relate to that. It's quite annoying when people point out mistakes I already know about. (and for the most time, I do). So it's a good idea to write about them. Just make sure it goes both ways

The hair's awesome, but she looks really old. But she is a queen, so suppose she would be sorta old.

shes amazing! you always capture expressions well i think. i loooove it. one of my faves from you. ^^
one thing to suggest trying out, i only just tried it myself because so many people seem to do it, like zindy and the famous pencil artists, using tissue to blend pencil and soften it actually works really well. i was always abit scared of drawing portraits becayse i didnt know how to blend too well but it makes it really easy, and looks good too. you should try it i think youll like it ^^

Awwww, they are moth so aodrable! I love kittens sucking on blankets and needing! Though...the kitten I know sucks on herself instead of a blanket. -__-
