History: Burr looks older than his 26 years, and has been in the city for 78 years. He entered from his 1801 into Sybal Heim's 1814. A Cajun horseman, he grew up on a family ranch on the marshy plains bordering the bayou, but always rather resented his family situation, where he was ruthlessly picked on by both immediate and extended family members. He saw the forest after running away and getting hopelessly lost.

Appearance: Rather plain looking, with brown hair and hazel eyes, he is thin, but wiry and scrappy. He's a dab hand with a bullwhip, and brought an old saber in with him that he carries around, but his swordsmanship is pretty much non-existent, and it's mostly for show. If he actually does use it, it would make any real swordsman cringe, as he treats it more like a machete.

Sybal: Burr's sybal resembles a humanoid fighting cock, with a bit of jackrabbit thrown in (or jackass, depending who you ask). He is bipedal, but has nearly human hands (mixed with opposum) rather than wings. He has an impressive cock's tail and spurs (actual metal spurs), but his comb is usually flopped over under his hat.

Docile or Feral? Burr's sybal is Docile, but tends to be louder and more confident than his day-time self.

Personality: Burr acclimated to the city well, enjoying the freedom from his family, but quickly found himself near the bottom of the social totem pole—again. His idea of a good time can often mean taking his frustrations out on others, and his sense of humor tends to have a sadistic streak. He's frequently found drinking or gambling, and while he can come off as cheerful enough, a slight can douse any good will almost immediately, and he rarely forgets his grudges.

Sybal power: He can see what another sybal can, but must be touching them. Usually this just translates to a shift in viewpoint, but if the other sybal has unusual vision he'll be able to see it too. This works a little bit on heat-sensing sybals, but is difficult for him to keep focus, and is a lot like having your eyes open under water for him--after a few moments it becomes very difficult to maintain the visual from a heat sensor and he'll stop. Similarly, if the other sybal closes their eyes, his power is negated.
