Tiago getting himself into more trouble.

This particular thread's ending was kind of a happy accident--I realized half way through I had to leave, and didn't want to pull out without explanation. By happy I mean for the players of course...not for Tiago.

  A paper fluttered against Tiago’s trouser leg, and he stopped his guitar playing. A little abruptly, as the few onlooker’s he’d attracted protested, then left as they realized he wasn’t going to continue. He set his instrument down, and flipped the paper over, and saw it wasn’t just some city handout or playbill. It was a drawing.
    It appeared to be a design for something physical, not just an idle sketch, but it was well done. Tiago didn’t recognize the creature by name, but suspected it might be what those in the asian district called a ‘kirin.’ Vaguely horse or deer like in appearance, with a draconian flair. It looked like a demon fit for a cathedral spire, but elegant, too. Any anything horselike in this city had his attention.
    He slung his guitar over his back, and scanned the crowd, his eyes flicking between details to try and trace where the drawing had come from. It wasn’t dirty, so it couldn’t have been blown onto the street more than a few moments ago.
    After a moment, he spotted a watercraft with three passengers, and one of them quickly took a few sheaves of paper from another. A dour-looking chinaman, and doubtless the owner, if not creator, of the drawing.
He rolled the paper carefully, and slid it into a secret pocket he’d constructed in his wide, bloused pants. No one would see it there, and it wouldn’t be ruined.

Only then, did he approach the boat, and held a hand out nonchalantly, as if nothing had happened. It looked to be headed in the direction of the bazzar, and that would give him time enough to find out more...
