This started out as a discussion between SachiiA and I, more than a year ago, and has been in the works for far too long. So, without further ado, here is The Unofficial Guide to Sybal Heim ShenanigansImage was drawn by me, colors by Sachii, finishing touches by me again.
(And yes, that's Tiago's knife, and no, he's not going to attack your tea party with it, he can knife-weild responsibly)

That was a thing I know already, but I keep falling into it. I don't like conflicts, because when they happen, I always feel like I'm getting the lower hand and it's all me being bad at resolving conflict, therefore I try to avoid them.
Or something like that, I'm not the best judge of myself.

OOC discussion can help avoid that. Sometimes even having what will resolve the conflict before laying it down is necessary. A “do we really want to go here?” Can help avoid dead end or unresolvable situations from playing out.

Except when the surrounding gaming culture is "asking me to change my game in order to get good results for you is whining." (This actually happened, with different people, some years ago.)
Being the only one that always needs external help in order to float over hardship is bad.
