Drawing in this style takes me back - not only is the theme of the drawing something I used to draw quite a lot, but also art-wise is the style the same as I used to draw in. I remember clearly when I began drawing without lineart how much I looked down upon my old style. Yet here I am (hopefully more skilled than at that time) finding myself drawing in the exact same style as then. It just shows that intricate art style isn't always to prefer over the more simple art style, which I've grown quite fond of recently
