Honestly, this piece fills me with envy that you created this wonderful artwork. However, instead of just sitting here in jealousy, I'm going to turn this emotion around to try to create my own artwork hopefully as breathtaking as this one. Thank you for inspiring me today.

Aww, why was it killed by your editor? I love the wings too, they're so detailed, not to mention the fluffy looking feather on the headpiece! And I really like the vines, the spines look so pointy! You can imagine being prickled by them just by looking at them! The lady is beautiful, I imagine her in a high-class lounge approaching her next victim, then getting rid of him when they're alone. Is there a reason you didn't add a bit of blood on the knife though? Maybe because it's a magazine cover?
