One suggestion; maybe darken the shadows in her hair, particularly on the left side. It just seems a little bit too pale in contrast with the dark shadows along the side of her face

Планшет - Bamboo Pen & Touch, ну а программа - Photoshop CS3, куда же без него

Волосы попробуй в начале наметить форму кистями стандартными в 9-11 пикселей,а потом начинать прорисовку начиная 5 пиксельной заканчивая 1 пиксельной)Ну и так же этой же 1 пиксельной делать блики(цветами) и тени(тож цветами)
Я так волосы рисую)Безпройгрышный вариант
