Bio:Vanessa's parents decided to go on vacation to Gravity Falls, Oregon, because her parents are interested in the stuff that happens there. Little did they know, that Mabel and Dipper were going to be there! Vanessa's family and the Pines twins family has been friends before Dipper, Mabel, and Vanessa were even born, so they were pretty much best friends since birth. About 20 years ago (8 years before Vanessa was born), Vanessa's parents moved to Piedmont, California from Sarasota, Florida. Apparently, their new neighbors were the Pines family! Being the polite neighbors they were, Van's parents went door to door to greet the neighbors. That's how they became friends. Anyways, for a job (because she really wants to start saving money), she works at the Mystery shack with Mabel, Dipper, Grunkle Stan, Soos, and Wendy. She was picked on and bullied at her old school. They run into monsters about every other night, and one time, Van and the others almost died. Vanessa knows how to play the electric guitar and the Violin. Pretty much, the people at the Mystery Shack are her only friends. She loves making new friends, so don't be hesitant to be Van's friend! ^^
