I had high hopes for your performance as well, and despite all the flaws, I can still sense the heart and soul you truly put into everything you do. The only person I’m doubting now is myself, and if all the hype during this depressing time is making me more desperate to escape the cruel reality. For the longest time, I felt trapped in a rat maze with no exit or light at the end... until I met you. You gave me hope and motivation to keep going. Although I’m speaking for myself, I have a strong hunch that many others agree...

You don’t deserve all that savagery they’re throwing at you. Rehearsals are about finding the flaws and improving on them that way you can achieve the level you’re working so hard for. Take the good with the bad and try to find the silver lining, on and off the stage. Isn’t that why you started this company in the first place?

Balan, I have seen this pattern happen before with someone else and their company, forgetting about quality and just rushing to the very last minute to get it in stores. They never learned from their mistakes. Who’s to say that your sponsor won’t learn from this and give you the time and resources you need to bring everything together?

I know it’s hard to be criticized, even if it hurts like crazy, but it’s much better to take it with a grain of salt and use that as motivation to keep trying and improving. Just like how you support the kid trying to build a flying machine. Plus, March is only two months away, and in these times, it feels like a long time. At least to me it does. But if you need more time, I more than support that. In fact, I applaud it if it means our charismatic Maestro and his crew can achieve the beauty, happiness, and love they’re working so hard to bring their audience.

And if in the end, Lance will turn out to be right about everything, and your sponsor doesn’t take the criticism to heart and really reconsider, I just want you to know that no matter what happens, good or bad, love or hate, success or failure, none of it is your fault. You would never give-up on anyone, no matter who or what they are or what they did. By doing that, you remind your cast that they can’t give-up on themselves. I’m not giving-up on you, Balan! So, please, don’t give up on yourself and what you want most..."

In the wake of the demo's release and how poorly it's being received due to poor controls and the graphics needing some polish, I couldn't help but feel deeply saddened. (Please don't hate me for saying this) I had a lot of fun with it, and I can't wait to see more. Really, it's how social media has been ruthless in beating it down to the ground. Yet despite that, I still have hope that the company and publisher will fix the problems and improve the final game. That lead to me creating this image of my Dragonsona trying to comfort Balan, telling him that it's not too late to improve and that he's not alone. I have seen that many people have already given up on the game, but I'm not one of them. Really, what our Maestro needs now is all the love and reassurance his REAL fans can give him.
