Caution: Some angsty theming and frightening imagery...

Lately I've been wanting to get back into my hobby, and I found myself feeling inspired by a few things.

For starters, this was influenced by the angsty comic made by on Twitter. For me, the shock of that comes from Balan's anger to the point of bursting right at his Visitor. If it were me in that situation, i'd just drop everything and run away, as it would feel like betrayal if he would just scream at me for a single mistake. At the same time, I found myself reminded of the moment from Disney's Beauty and the Beast when Belle wanders into the West Wing, finds the rose, and is driven into running away by the Beast. Both of those factors are what influenced the scenery going on here. I even wrote a little narration to go with it (rest assured, it's only a nightmare, but boy is my Dragonsona gonna be shaken when the purple Tim finally wakes her up)

I thought the contrast between color and black-and-white would be cool to showcase that sense of intense fear and shock, which I used for the upper part of the picture. Rest assured, this will be resolved with the REAL Maestro when she finally wakes. In the meantime, I need to get some sleep as well (hopefully I won't have a dream like that tonight...)
