Description
so I had this dream a while back where I was floating through this weird place that was all white inside but with lots of shadowy corners and stairs (very liminal space, if you feel me), and near some doors was a man and woman that I somehow knew were called "The Mr. and The Mrs.," and really freaked me out. I floated away, explored some weird ass stuff (keeping this brief), eventually came back and found that the original room was now full of a group of absolutely horrific monsters clustered around a dinner table covered in snacks, but no Mr. or Mrs. Off to the side was some little girl (the ONLY normal looking person I saw lol), and when I asked where they were, she said "they couldn't make it 'cause they had to work." And I was SO HEARTBROKEN this poor nightmare couple couldn't make it to the party D:

And so these freakish people became this lovable couple in my mind, and so I had to do a portrait of them and their daughter! It's really hard to capture how weird and surreal they looked because it goes beyond how I normally draw lol, but I tried my best to come up with something. And honestly, the party with all the monsters was pretty nice, they were all lovely individuals and I wish I could remember how they looked to draw them.
