the hat is ok, but maybe you should change the feathers colour to red or something. the boots are also acceptable, but could be made more piratey. the belt may need some remodeling, and you should consider doing something to his... shirt thing. the sleeves dont necessarily look gay altough maybe you should make them more noticable? i did not notice that his shirt got sleeves until later...

for starters its the android in what can be mistaken as a maid costume, only in pink.
there is also the scantly clad.... brown elf thing? standing next to the cool guy. dont look very healthy.
there is also the gay? crossdresser down to the left, standing next to the doubious looking female.
over her stands a innocent looking but most certainly phsycotich mass murdering girl..... THE EYES!!!

GAY CROSSDRESSER? Oh, God, I've got to fix Zack's outfit somehow. I thought he might look a little flitty in a Robin-Hood/men-in-tights kind of way, but he's not supposed to be a crossdresser. I just didn't want to have everyone in jeans and a T-shirt.
