Bio:

Riley was born it a pretty far off valley, in a region near Unova. His life was pretty difficult, as the valley was home to some harsh weather and frightening competition among Sawsbuck. Due to these factors, the does of the population stopped growing antlers, devoting more energy to their children, and young males started to grow antlers much earlier in life.

When he was a young teen, Riley and his mother were traveling a bit near to a human-occupied area and the young Deerling was captured by a trainer. The trainer, a Team Rocket grunt named Silas, on holiday from Kanto, was very kind to Riley, and the two formed a bond through the intense training they went though. Or so he thought.

Soon after Silas's return to Team Rocket, Riley was dropped off at the Hideout without much of a word of explanation or a goodbye. He's a bit miffed, but willing to face this next challenge. If he's honest, Riley misses his family, but he realized pretty quickly that his new situation could be a positive one.

After some time in the hideout, Riley's heroism and displayed leadership qualities within his friend group began to get the attention of the commanders, resulting in a slow rise in power and responsibility from Bronze to Silver. During this rise, he met and befriended several other Teenagers, including Axis, a Litten who he would quickly fall in love with and start dating.

Evolution Update:

After years of training first with his Human Trainer then with his friends at Rocket Hideout, Riley grew stronger and stronger, and eventually aged into a Sawsbuck.

Like all males in the Herd he was born to, Riley's type has changed upon evolving, losing the grass typing and becoming a Normal/Fighting Sawsbuck. Sawsbuck of the Ruddy Herd use their impressive antlers as fighting tools, and they lose their antlers each spring so that next year they can grow antlers that are even more impressive. Because they fight with them so much, the Sawsbuck of Ruddy Herd have stopped growing leaves on their antlers in the summer and autumn.

Riley has also risen in the RH ranks to the level of Gold Rank, making him the leader of his little gang both by rights of having started it and by being the highest ranked member of the gang.

Update:

After dating for quite a while, Riley and Axis decided to make it official and tie the knot. They were married on a beautiful spring day, with Tseng officiating. Lin made an amazing Chocolate wedding cake.

Double Kick - The target is quickly kicked twice in succession using both feet.

Wild Charge - The user shrouds itself in electricity and smashes into its target. This also damages the user a little.

Take Down - A reckless, full-body charge attack for slamming into the target. This also damages the user a little.

Jump Kick - The user jumps up high, then strikes with a kick. If the kick misses, the user hurts itself.
