My Overwatch OC. His name is Spectre and he is a no-nonsense former head medic for Overwatch, turned MI6 agent, retired and was recalled to the hero initiative.He uses cloaking and a biotic healing shield that takes heat off of his teammates, and uses a feint-and-run style that makes for a great one-on-one pick off. His ultimate makes all teammates temporarily undetectable.
