Here it is her prize! She asked me about her character Rika in a pose showing her serenity and in her Angel Form! ;3
Her version was upgraded from CG Art Style 2 to CG Art Style 3 containing a simple background of an environment. But to tell you the truth, I couldn't make anything decent on her dress with that style...n.ñ So I even turned it better. ;D And combined the styles of mouse and tablet in one single picture!
I had fun with this request and sorry for taking so long...D: I tried my best on doing it great in case is chosen to be printed by me and send it to the user. So yeah, I have a HUGE file for that and my PS takes forever to open it already...D8
This is also my first time doing a sunset with "sun". XD And I kinda liked how it ended... Plus, the reason of the name comes to the fact I made her dress to flow with a cute shape of a flower and the picture centered on only her! Also, new shape for wings!
Well, here it is! I'll work on my next prize and yes, I'm working at them in the order of asking.

I absolutely adore her dress! It's so amazing!! I just love the folds are drawn and how it tapers off so elegantly! And the hair! Yikes that must've taken ages to do!!

Absolutely! That's why night pictures are easier to make because the colors are the same just in a more darkest tone...while sunsets are all colors around orange which is harder to check...D: And that's why I still need to learn a bit more in that. >3<

You can always take a brush for that, and for clouds too. The most hard part for me are the clouds, has diferent forms and sizes >.<
Probably because it´s dark, and in the evening you have a lot of shadows and a yellow/orange light, in diference of the day, you have a white light.

But yeah, we have brushes, but it's always nice to make them by our own...=w= Even tho there are some nights scenes where the clouds are not present. When that happens here some people say that sy without clouds means a freaking cold-ish day at the next day. XD
But you're right, when the nights have clouds we have to make highlights on them and the shading is more noticeable and dark-ish...but if you notice, the highlights depends of where the character is. If it's just the moonlight is just the bright color of the colors you use as base and the dark tones for the shading.
Now when we have lamps...that's a different story...LOL!

As for the shading...well...I have some different styles...XD But here are the basic tips for all of them:
- 1st: Place your light source at the part you want to come for you to be able to see the angle which comes from.
- 2nd: Shade the parts of the body which the light doesn't cover with a bright shade tonality.
- 3rd: Copy the shade tonality you used before and change it to a darkish one for more details of the clothes and so forth.
Basically these are the tips, now, the techniques changes from soft shading to a more solid cell shading. Do you want to know the basic shading (anime style) or the most soft-ish one? :3
