Oh GOD how cute can your Sonic characters get?! XD I really, adore your style to pieces, i love how chibi and small she looks, the expression and pose really shows how open and happy she is! <3 I love how you added bumps and shaing for the creases in her clothing, and great work on the fetures of big hands and feet it really goes with the Sonic style. ;w; <3 As ALWAYS yor colouring and shading is just perfect, and i love the background how its a light blue, really matches her!

The only thing that I would have to point out is that you made both of the character's hands too wide, especially the open hand. Or does the character have unusually large hands like that? You know what they say about a girl with large hands...

One of the suggestions I've given people who have trouble drawing particular body parts is: Take a photo of yourself or someone else, focusing on that body part in particular. Note the proportions and try to emulate that when you draw.
I thought for guys it was big feet, not big hands. Regardless, both my feet and hands are big, so...
