So Ratigan decided to Give goth a new...more elegant look. Though i still LOVE goth in his normal style i wanted to try putting him the GMD version instead. Why? Cuz i think they would make a killer team.Plus anyone that pisses Ratigan off he can simply have Goth eat them. Lol
