Ok so this is actually like a two in one Art Trade with . This is the second part of my half where she asked to see a low class Ratigan. Now i cant really remember if she wanted him to be his usual self or not but i didnt want to simply having him standing there. So i changed it to this. It kinda tells a story and i just want to take him home and shower him with love!!!!*heartbreaks*Anywho...yeah i hope you enjoy it ~WingsOfASong
